Pharmaceutico-analytical study of abhraka bhasma: biosynthesized Traditional mica nanoparticles using Classical and modern methods.

Dhanyabhraka lessThan /i greaterThan was divided into three samples: 1 lessThan sup greaterThan st lessThan /sup greaterThan and 2 lessThan sup greaterThan nd lessThan /sup greaterThan sample subjected to lessThan i greaterThan puta lessThan /i greaterThan (incineration) using lessThan i greaterThan gajaputa lessThan /i greaterThan according to the classical reference and 3 lessThan sup greaterThan rd lessThan /sup greaterThan sample to EMF according to recent advanced method. All the samples of lessThan i greaterThan abhraka bhasma lessThan /i greaterThan qualified all lessThan i greaterThan bhasma pariksha lessThan /i greaterThan including lessThan i greaterThan amla pariksha lessThan /i greaterThan after the 10 lessThan sup greaterThan th lessThan /sup greaterThan lessThan i greaterThan puta lessThan /i greaterThan . SEM analysis at resolution 100nm and magnification 75000× showed particle size of sample 1( lessThan i greaterThan gajaputa lessThan /i greaterThan ), sample 2( lessThan i greaterThan gajaputa lessThan /i greaterThan ) and sample 3(EMF) of lessThan i greaterThan abhraka bhasma lessThan /i greaterThan reached 120, 20.6 and 60 nm respectively. Considering all the above parameters it can be concluded that sample 2 of lessThan i greaterThan abhraka bhasma lessThan /i greaterThan prepared classically giving lessThan i greaterThan mardana lessThan /i greaterThan for 5-8 hours and 300-350 cow-dung-cakes per lessThan i greaterThan gajaputa lessThan /i greaterThan reached more reduced size and stands better in quality than that of other samples of lessThan i greaterThan abhraka bhasma lessThan /i greaterThan . Also, sample 3(EMF) prepared contemporarily can yield better results if levigated for 4-5 hours and incinerated at a temperature of 700 lessThan sup greaterThan o lessThan /sup greaterThan C. The manufacturing method of lessThan i greaterThan abhraka bhasma lessThan /i greaterThan is in tune with nanotechnology of contemporary era which may cover scientific validation of today.
