<title>Antifungal Activity Of Mangrove Bark </title>
lessThan i greaterThan In vitro lessThan /i greaterThan antifungal potential of the methanolic extract of bark of seven mangroves was assayed by employing the food poisoning method against plant pathogenic fungi lessThan i greaterThan Alternaria alternata lessThan /i greaterThan and lessThan i greaterThan Fusarium moniliforme. lessThan /i greaterThan Among these barks the methanol extract of lessThan i greaterThan Agiceras corniculatum lessThan /i greaterThan showed maximum inhibition (56%) of lessThan i greaterThan Alternaria alternata lessThan /i greaterThan and extract of lessThan i greaterThan Bruguiera gymnorrhiza lessThan /i greaterThan exhibited maximum inhibition (57%) of lessThan i greaterThan Fusarium moniliforme. lessThan /i greaterThan The result of this study indicate that extract of mangrove bark have potent antifungal activity which is concentration dependent.
