<title>SCREENING AND PURIFICATION OF ANTIBACTERIAL PROTEINS AND PEPTIDES FROM SOME OF THE MEDICINAL PLANTS SEEDS </title>
Antibiotics have been effective in treating infectious diseases, but resistance to these drugs has led to the emergence of new and the reemergence of old infectious diseases. For centuries, Indian spices have made a significant contribution both in the health care system and the food industry. Ancient Asian literature is a treasure of information related to the problems of health care and other environmental aspects. Bacterial strains used for the study was lessThan i greaterThan S. aureus lessThan /i greaterThan (ATCC 25923), lessThan i greaterThan E. coli lessThan /i greaterThan (ATCC 25922), lessThan i greaterThan P. aeruginosa lessThan /i greaterThan (ATCC 27853) and lessThan i greaterThan P. vulgaris lessThan /i greaterThan (ATCC 6380) were purchased from Hi-Media laboratories. Our results showed that various buffer pH have different protein extractability percentages after dialysis for the seed extracts used. The protein was extracted by sodium phosphate citrate buffer pH (7.2) highest concentration of the protein was found to ( 660μg/ml) in  lessThan i greaterThan Ammi majus lessThan /i greaterThan  and the lessThan i greaterThan lowest lessThan /i greaterThan was 160 μg/ml in . The highest protein concentration extracted by CTAB buffer pH (6.0) was found to be (640μg/ml) in  lessThan i greaterThan Ammi majus lessThan /i greaterThan and the lowest was 140 μg/ml in  lessThan i greaterThan Chichorium intybus. lessThan /i greaterThan
