After the treatment, blood samples were collected and the serum was subjected to estimate different biochemical parameters viz. blood glucose, insulin, cholesterol, urea, glycosylated haemoglobin, triglycerides and protein levels. There was a steep decrease in protein, insulin and elevated level of blood glucose, urea, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol and triglycerides are seen. It becomes normal after exposure of aqueous leaf extract of lessThan i greaterThan Boerhaavia diffusa lessThan /i greaterThan . It may be concluded that lessThan i greaterThan Boerhaavia diffusa lessThan /i greaterThan might be used in the treatment of diabetics.
